In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Enquiry of Amelia's features
The service platform I'm going to build is a language teaching service. So I'm thinking about whether Amelia can support my needs. Below are the situations I might faced；
Does Amelia provide pay now book later feature? In some cases, I might need to sell my classes in bundles, for example, 10 classes, 20 classes, can my student purchase now and book it later? does the system keep track of this?

Yes, we do have a similar feature called "Packages of Services". It is a feature that allows creating packages of multiple appointments (of the same or different services). In that case, the services that are included in the package and the number of appointments will be fixed, and the price will be set for the whole package. Customers will be able to purchase a Package and then book included Appointments later, on any days, with no strict recurrence. You can see more information here.
Please note that the Packages feature is only available for Amelia Pro and Developer licenses.
