Please let me know are each employee only working on this service, or separate services? Also, are these two employees on separate Google Calendars?
If they are please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
While one customer can book Service1 on October 18th at 15:00, and Service2 on October 18th at 15:00 separately, the Package booking form uses a different logic, where it prevents the same customer from booking the same time slot twice.
The logic behind this is that one customer can't be on two different services at the same time. I can see how this would be beneficial for you, but at the moment it's not possible. We have "Capacity per location" planned for one of our future updates, but I don't know when it will be included.
I also spoke with our development team, and they said that removing this limitation for you would be possible, but it would probably also allow one customer to book the same time slot within one service multiple times, which could cause confusion.
They've created a task to resolve this for one of our future updates, but I can't say when it will be included in the plugin.
Hi,
I created 2 services :
- 1 massage with employee A
- 1 massage with employee B
Everything is okay when you book each separetely. Each Eemployee's Google Calendar works well.
I want to offer customers the possibility to book a 4 hands massages.
So I created a package with both services.
But people can only book the first service. Then the calendar is blocked for the second one.
I don't know why ?
You can try by yourselk on the URL : https://espacekintsugi.fr/page-test/
>> category Test >> Offre 4 mains (4 hands package)
What can I do to make the 2nd service bookable at the same time ?
Thank you for your help,
Have a nice day Virginie
Hi, Virginie,
Thank you for choosing Amelia.
Could you please clarify if you want to achieve both Services to be bookable for the same time slot (that's what I assumed)?
Also, could you please provide us a screenshot of the Package settings?
Looking forward to hearing from you.
Hi Liza,
thank you for your answer.
Yes, I want that people can book both services at the same time slot (for both employees).
On screenshot 1 you can see available time slot for service 1 (= employee 1)
For example I choose 26 october at 9:30 am
Then I click on Next button.
There you can see screenshot 2 : all time slots for service 2 (employee 2) seems to be busy but in reality it's not the case.
When I try to book each service separately (not in the package), it works. The calendar appears correctly.
Where can be the issue ?
On the package settings ?
On the Google calendar connection ?
Tell me if you need some credentials to access the backoffice.
Have a nice day and thank you for your help,
Virginie

Hi Aleksandar
thank you for having a look on my issue.
I understand the situation, no worries.
I tried to find another calendar (WordPress plugin or external solution) but nobody offers this possibility.
Then, I contact other praticians that are doing 4 hands massages and they told me having the same problem of organisation with their calendar.
It's something to keep in mind for the next features that will really help.
Thank you,
Have a nice day,
This is definitely on our roadmap, Virginie.
Our developers already created a task to be looked at, at some point in the future. I just don't have an ETA on this yet.
Kind Regards,
