Hi there, I was wondering if it is possible to add bookings to a cart, so the customer can add several services to a cart and then checkout with all selected services one time at the end. Thank you.
As far as I understand, you are referring to WooCommerce integration with Amelia. I'm afraid, Woo can work only as a payment getaway, and some features like a cart or Woo login are not supported by Amelia.
In general, it is not possible to book multiple appointments at once with current built-in features in Amelia. But it is on our to-do list for future updates.
However, it can be achieved in two ways.
Option one: is to use Recurring appointments. But it is suitable only if a customer books multiple appointments of the same service. Recurring Appointments are available in all licenses.
Option two: Packages of Services - it is a feature that allows creating packages of multiple appointments (of the same or different services). In that case, the services that are included in the package and the number of appointments will be fixed, and the price will be set for the whole package. You can see more information here.
Please note that the Packages feature is only available for Amelia Pro and Developer licenses.
I was wondering if it is possible to get a refund and cancel the software. Multiple service bookings is a must have feature for my client and I was under the impression multiple services could be purchased in one seemless checkout from the customer, much like a cart works in woo commerce. If you could help me in cancelling it would be greatly appreciated.
Please log into http://store.tms-plugins.com/ with the credentials you received in your e-mail when you purchased the plugin, then navigate to Purchases/Amelia, and if you're still within 15 days from purchase you will see the "Request Refund" button.
If you don't see it, and you're using a screen with width lower than 1600px, you will need to scroll through that screen horizontally to see the button.
After you submit a refund request, you will not receive any confirmation emails, but you will see that the button is grayed out:
That means that the refund request is successfully submitted, and that you will receive your refund in 5 - 7 business days.
