In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

Dear sir/madam,
When I try to change/edit the location of an already made appointment I see the list of possible locations (other than the location where the current appointment is made) in grey, but I cannot select it. How can I solve this?

Thank you for reaching out to us.
Each employee can only work on one location, so to be able to change the location of the appointment you would need to change the location of the employee first
All grayed out options mean they don't have the correct setup to be available in the combination you want to choose.

Thank you for your reply. I understand what your are saying, but what if I want to change the Location AND the Employee of an appointment? And thereby I mean changing it to a Location which already has another Employee assigned to that Location.

Is this other employee on the other location also assigned to this same service? Service can be rescheduled only to the employees assigned to it.

Thank you for your response.
I just discovered that when I want to edit an Appointment (to change the Location and/or Employee), a small cross appears when I hover my mouse over the block where the current Location is seen. If one clicks on this small cross I get the opportunity to select another Location (when the Employee is already removed by the cross in that box). So now it works. Maybe this can help others (the fact that the cross is small and only appears when one hovers over the box.
