If you need to "block" this Employee on a particular day or a few days, you should create a Special day in the Employee's profile that will include this break. Please note that Special days override common working hours
I hope this helps, do let us know if you need any further assistance.
Can you please tell me if this service has buffer times added? If yes those will also be added to the service duration so your employee's work hours will be extended for the duration of the buffer time.
And now again a bad work. I dont understand anything
I have a service that 10 people can enter every 20 minutes. But the service lasts an hour or more. I have set the duration of the service 20 minutes to be able to take reservations every 20 minutes and it leaves every 30 minutes without having time before or after. WHY???
Do you mind if I take a closer look, I was not able to access the link you provided.?

Issues like this can occur if your WordPress site is set to be in a different time zone. Since Amelia doesn't have any time zone settings, it inherits the time zone from WordPress. If your time zone is in UTC+/- format, please change it by selecting the city near you. Also, please check if you enabled "Show bookings in customer's time zone" in Amelia's General settings.
If you are in a different time zone than your WordPress site is, and you've enabled this option, the times on front-end will show available time slots in your time zone, which will be the time you set in back-end +/- the time difference (depending on where you are in regards to the time zone set in WordPress' General settings).
As for the new service not showing up please check these points:
1. Are these services visible on the site?
2. If they are, is the employee assigned to these services?
3. If he is, check his working hours. Working hours where services are defined in the intervals will only show the services defined in there. Make sure these two services are also included.
4. Did you assign the employee to another location? If you did, please go to Amelia/Locations, and make sure that the location is visible.
Yes, also there are some services that don't appear on the front becuse the assigned employee doesn't have this services added to his work hours.
For example Reserva Vía Ferrata de Sorrosal has Guía de 4x4 / senderismo assigned but in the work hours there is no such service
I want reservations at one location to be every 20 minutes but for other activities every 30 minutes. Is it possible to do that? - Can you please explain this in more details? What do you mean by reservation every 20 minutes? would you like to add buffer time after the service to have a 20 min pause between the services or you want to set the service duration to 20 min and for the other services set it to 30 min? Or do you mean the default time slot step that you set in general settings to be 20 min?
Some of them last 4-5 hours and a guide goes with the group, so it can only be reserved twice a day (9.00 and 14.00)
Other activities consist in a circuit. It last only 20 minutes to explain the circuit and then the group can go alone and the employe can receive another group (every 20 minutes), although the activity lasts more than an hour.
For guided activities i only can reserve once or twice a day (8 persons by guide), but the circuits are different.
And, if I receive a reservation by phone, how can i put it in Amelia?
If I understood correctly, you have a few services with different durations? If that is true, you can go to Amelia Settings/General Settings and enable "Use service duration for booking a time slot". When you do that, the default time slot step will not split all available times, like it did here:
Instead, if there's a 20-minute long service in this calendar, it will be offered from 10:00 - 10:20; from 10:20 - 10:40; from 10:40 - 11:00, and so on.
The same would apply for all other durations, so a 4-hour long service would be offered from 09:00 - 13:00 and from 13:00 - 17:00; a 30-minute long service would be offered from 09:00 - 09:30, from 09:30 - 10:00, from 10:00 - 10:30, and so on.
Please note, though, that if there's an employee working on all these services, the available times will be affected by other bookings. For example, if Employee 1 works on Service 1 (20-minute long service), on Service 2 (30-minute long service) and on Service 3 (1-hour long service), and if that employee works from 09:00 - 17:00, when someone books an appointment for Service 1 at 09:00, the next available time slot for the other two services will be at 09:20; then if someone books Service 2 at 09:20, the next available time slot will be at 09:50, and so on.
Please let us know if you have any further questions about this.
1. You can book Appointments on the back-end, for example on the Appointments page by clicking the "+ New Appointment" button. Please note that at the moment it's not possible to charge your Customers online for back-end bookings, therefore you will be able to receive payments only at the spot.
2. I'm afraid, each Service and Event should have a pre-set duration in Amelia, therefore it's possible to book only time slots. But you can hide the ending time on the front-end. For that you should open the Amelia -> Customize page, choose the booking form that you use on the top of the page and then modify the corresponding element, for example:
I have received a reservation by email for an activity. There are 5 people but 3 more can be added. I have put it manually in the reservations but it does not give me those three free places in case someone else wants to reserve. Why?
For future reference, when you have questions or issues which are not related to the title of the active ticket, please open a new ticket, and we will help you there. In that way, issues and questions which are related to different subjects will be in separate tickets so other customers or our support agents can find them easily. Our policy is to have one issue or question per ticket because of the reasons that are described already.
Thank you for understanding.
If you already have an appointment booked by 5 people, and you want to add 3 more from the back-end, you can't create a new appointment, because it already exists. Instead, you need to edit the existing appointment, and add customers by selecting them in the "Customers" drop-down.
Hello. How can I put some afternoons busy (avoid bookings next 4 days at afternoon, for example)
Thank you

Hello, thank you
I have another question
I want to allow book an activity that lasts 3h30m.
I have an assigned worker with hours from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m.
When I try to book, they don't allow me from 9 to 13. Only 14 or 14.30 Why?
I only want 1 turn per half day (morning or afternoon). How can I make it?
And I have 2 workers. How can I use both?
Thank you

No buffer time, neither afert or before service

Another question. Sorry!!
Is it possible to have reservations at a specific time instead of a time slot?
