I wanted to ask if it is possible to use WP Amelia with an existing twilio Account?
Or modify the code to use twilio as sender?

Thank you for reaching out to us.
I'm afraid, at the moment it's not possible to connect an existing Twilio account to Amelia since our plugin has a native SMS integration, and it cannot be changed to a custom one.
You can suggest that as a feature request here, or check if this request was already submitted and vote for it.
