Can an employee have multiple services at the same time slots, but once one of the services is booked, the other ones get disabled for that particular time slot?

If you assign an employee to a few different services and one time slot for one specific service gets booked the same time slot will become unavailable for all other services.
You can manage assigned services from your employees' profile
