We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

I installed Amelia but didn't allow client to change their booking until now.
I activated this option and now the clients receive a link to the panel client in the confirmation email.
Due to the querystring "token" which is added to the URL of the client panel page in the mail, they have a form that asks them to create a password.
How can I give access to this form for customers who had already registered?

Thank you for reaching out to us.
I'm afraid, Customer passwords cannot be created on the back-end. Therefore, the old Customers will have to set their passwords once they book their next Appointment and receive the link in the email notification after that.
Also, you can disable the "Require password for login" option in Amelia -> Roles Settings -> Customer, so your Customers will be able to access the Panel with the tokens.
Please note that for testing the Customer panel, you should create a test Customer with a unique email address, and access the Panel being logged out from your Admin user or even in incognito mode. Otherwise, tokens might work incorrectly.
