All of my notifications where deleted. When I change one notification, then it gets deleted again after saving.

Sorry to hear that you faced this issue.
This issue usually occurs when there's Grammarly or any other language tool installed on the site or browser. So, if you have some similar add-on, please disable it. It should resolve the issue.
If that doesn't help (but that should), please provide us with a temporary WP Admin login for further investigation. You can post credentials in a private reply under this ticket.
