Booking form customisation issues

Hi, I am having a lot of trouble with the booking form customisation.

Firstly, I don't want to show any "employee" on the front end as my client is just one person. In your help pages, it says that when you just add one employee they don't show on the front end but in my case, that is not true. In step 4 if I choose to toggle "off" for the Employee field, it also gets rid of the time and date which I think are quite important to have. Is there no way to keep the time and date but not show the "employee"?

I have connected Stripe as a payment method and added the test keys. But as you can see in the screenshot, on the front end there is no box to input card details even though the text "credit or debit card" is there.

I have purged my SG cache and done a hard refresh on my browser, and tried incognito, and checked the site from different devices and over different internet connections. It's still the same.

    Please help!

    Lois,

    Thank you for choosing Amelia.

    1. You can disable the Employee selection drop-down in Amelia -> Customize. Please choose the booking form that you want to change on the top of the Customization page, and then edit the corresponding element:

It should not affect date and time visibility, as you mentioned.

    2. Could you please specify what is your page builder and the theme? Since it can be a conflict that blocks Amelia UI from being properly applied on the page.

Also, please provide us with a temporary WP Admin login and the URL to the booking page for further investigation. You can post credentials as a private response to this ticket.

Looking forward to hearing from you.
