Good day, my booking site is only showing two time slots. I can't seem to pinpoint the cause. It has been operating normally for the past week since we laughed at the beginning of September. Please assist.
I also wanted to categorise my services when a booking is made because I have a really long drop down list right now and it doesn't look too good. I also wanted show my descriptions of my service when a booking is made.
UPDATE:
When I remove buffer times it fixes the time slot issue, however now the booking slots don't take into account my employee break period between 1pm and 2pm. Please assist
if none of these changes are recent, may I take a look inside the site then?
Please provide me a teporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Yes, you can split your service per Categories if you wish to separate them and use [ameliacatalog] shortcode view to display the choice of categories first.

Hi Tapiwa,
thank you for reaching out to us
Have you made any of these changes recently:
1. Added a new employee or a service
2. Changed service duration or buffer duration
3. Changed Time Slot Step setting in Amelia > Settings > General and the two sliders below that also affect the slots:
4. Changed employee work hours breaks or set special days.
5. Added Events
Please let me know; if you have not changed any of these we would need to remote into the site.
