In the Employee Edit/Details section you can assign an employee to a location but only to 1 single location.
Is there a way to assign a single employee to multiple locations? Or is there a way to get a similar result?
** Here's what we tried - we attempted to make a duplicate of the employee and assign it to the second location - like James Cheshire is assigned to Cheshire - James Derby is assigned to derbyshire - but they're the same person. This didn't work as you can only have 1 email address used by a single employee. Multiple employees can't use the same email address.
You have to create multiple Employees, one for each location. And each Employee needs to have a unique email address. This can be solved if you plan to use Gmail by adding +number before @ for the same email address (like [email protected], [email protected], etc.) and then you will be able to create "different" email addresses but all emails will go to the same email address.
Also, to avoid overbookings, you should connect these two Employees to the same Google Calendar with G Cal integration. Then, once James Cheshire has a booking, James Derby gets unavailable for the same time slot as well.

Some of our employees cover multiple locations,

Hi, James,
Thank you for choosing Amelia.
Your workaround was correct actually
You have to create multiple Employees, one for each location. And each Employee needs to have a unique email address. This can be solved if you plan to use Gmail by adding +number before @ for the same email address (like [email protected], [email protected], etc.) and then you will be able to create "different" email addresses but all emails will go to the same email address.

Hope that will help.
Best Regards.
