We wan't to buy this plugin and have a question about SMTP. We have a lot of clients running the FluentSMTP for contactforms and CRM. Can we still use this plugin or do we need to add SMTP also in Amelia?

We don't have a direct integration with FluentSMTP, however, a lot of our clients use various 3rd party SMTP plugins. It would still be needed to set up the SMTP settings in Amelia as well, as shown here.
