In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Please let us know the email address you used for the purchase of your current licence.
Then we will contact our reseller Paddle, and they will charge the payment method you use for Basic, for the amount of the difference between Basic and Pro.

It seems that you have cancelled your subscription for your current licence; in that case I would need to ask you to purchase Pro licence as a new one, and then we can refund the remaining time you have left on your Basic licence. Just please let us know when you purchase Pro.
can i change to active status accout? as I only want to update from basic to pro
we didn't want to cancel our subcription we just wanted to upgrade our it... and now it's look like we have to restart all... maybe you have a better solution ?

No need to do anything else on your end, we forwarded this to our management and they will process the refund for the basic licence you cancelled the subscription for, since you will be using only the Pro licence.

If not already, you will receive your money in 5 - 7 business days. The basic license has been revoked.
