It seems that you have cancelled your subscription for your current licence; in that case I would need to ask you to purchase Pro licence as a new one, and then we can refund the remaining time you have left on your Basic licence. Just please let us know when you purchase Pro.
we didn't want to cancel our subcription we just wanted to upgrade our it... and now it's look like we have to restart all... maybe you have a better solution ?

it's look like we still have 8 months in our subscription and for the moment we can not subscribe for a new year. Can you reactivate our account ?

If not already, you will receive your money in 5 - 7 business days. The basic license has been revoked.
