I'm going to have multiple independent service providers, each with their own Zoom account for online services and each with their own Google calendar. Can Amelia handle that?
Each employee having their own Zoom and a Google Calendar is actually the best way to go with Amelia.
During Zoom setup you will be asked to add employees as users so it's recommended for each one of them to have their own individual one. Same goes for the Google Calendar.
I tried all the workarounds in the document you sent, with my hosting provider and was not able to install the plugin on my wordpress website. I have never had this problem with any other plugin. Any suggestions before I give up?
Please download the full version from the email you received when you purchased the plugin (some hostings treat it as Spam, so please check your Spam folder as well). Also, you received an email with credentials for our store https://store.tms-plugins.com/login where you can download the full version from.
1.) Download zip from our store or from the email you received when you purchased the plugin
2.) Use FTP to open /yourwordpressfolder/wp-content/plugins
3.) Upload the previously downloaded ameliabooking folder through FTP into "plugins" folder (unzip it)
4.) Go to WP-admin panel, open Plugins section.
5.) Deactivate Amelia Plugin, and then activate it again.
If you are on hosting where you are not allowed to access your FTP, then follow these instructions:
1.) Download zip from our store or from the email you received when you purchased the plugin
2) Click on Add new in top left of your Plugins page
3) Click on Upload plugin in top left of your Plugins page
4.) Choose the previously downloaded ameliabooking.zip file
5.) When uploading is done, please Activate Amelia plugin
6.) Clear server and browser cache.
Please note that our plugin is around 8 MB in size, so if you are not able to upload it through WordPress plugins page, you will need to increase the following:
upload_max_file size,
post_max_size,
max_execution_time
You should be able to find these values in your php.ini file or on your hosting panel. If you can't find it yourself please ask your hosting provider to provide it.
I got online with my Web hosting company (Bluehost) and followed the various instructions below, however nothing seemed to work. The program had worked before I tried to upgrade it. I ended up deleting the old plug-in to see if that would help but it didn't. Now I don't have the plug-in at all. I would be willing to buy a new copy if I could be certain that it would work. Please advise.
I purchased a new subscription to Amelia on October 13 under the email [email protected], Transaction # 4FL3039659172613M . Would it be possible to add that instead to my original subscription under [email protected] on Dec 24 to extend it another year?
We can put both licences under the email account of [email protected]. However, adding a new subscription to the old one with the goal of extending it is not possible, I'm afraid.
The subscription will last one year until the same day it was purchased.
The current one can be used until 24th of December, and the new one would last until 13th of October 2022.
Additionally, please advise if you have managed to complete the installation of the plugin which we discussed. We can continue the correspondence here or in the other ticket to make sure there are no duplicate inquiries.
