The issue here is that one of your other plugins loads vue.js files everywhere, not just on the pages it is loaded on, so it's causing a conflict with Amelia.
Please go to Amelia's Customize section, and disable this slider:
After you do that, clear cache on your website, and test again.
Can you please send us a link to the page where we can see this behavior so we can inspect it and troubleshoot further. Please note we do not recommend placing both panels on the same page.
In regards to the Google calendar, can you please share some more information about your issue?
In order to use 2-way Google synchronization properly your employees should set statuses of the events in their Google calendars as Busy. In that way, time slots occupied by those events will be removed from Amelia calendar.
Enable option Remove Google Calendar Busy Slots if you want to remove the busy slots in your employees’ Google Calendars from their work schedules in Amelia. When enabled, time slots from the Amelia Calendar will be removed whenever there is an event in the Google Calendar.
At the moment is not possible to show events from the Google calendar in Amelia calendar.
The problem i am experiencing is that once i complete my order it doesn't allow me to save the booking to google, the option doesn't come up, however if i set the service as free it does work.
These are not Amelia panels, when we inspect the page we can see this is related to WooCommerce.
If you are using WooCommerce as a payment method, customers will be redirected to the WooCommerce cart and there is no option to get back to the page with the "Add to Calendar" option once they finish with WooCommerce (if the service has a price). For this, we have implemented the option to send ics files in the notifications so customers can use the ics file from the notification to add the appointment to the calendar. To enable sending of ics files please go to our General Settings and enable the option "Send ics file in the notifications".
as I am not able to see any Amelia shortcodes on this page, only WooCommerce, can you create a test page and place only Amelia shortcodes and send me a link to that?
Please try to exclude pages with Amelia from caching plugin settings.
If it doesn't help, then please deactivate all other plugins except for our plugin, refresh the page where the issue is, and see if it is resolved (it should be). If it is, then start activating other plugins one by one, and after each activation refresh the page to see if the issue reoccurred. Once it does reoccur, you will find the conflicting plugin.
If that doesn't help as well, please provide us with a temporary WP Admin login. You can post credentials as a private reply under this ticket.
Unfortunately the issues like conflicts with third party plugins or themes are always possible due to the nature of WP, and it might take significant time to investigate and replicate the issue on our side, to be able to find the source of the problem, especially when the plugin or theme is not familiar to us.
