We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
There is an icon missing in the dropdowns. Please have a look and confirm for me.
Cheers
Rodrigo
Hi, Rodrigo,
Thank you for choosing Amelia.
It seems like Amelia CSS wasn't applied completely, that's why these symbols are missed.
Could you please provide us with the URL to the booking page so we will be able to look for a solution?
Looking forward to hearing from you.
Hi Liza,
I posted the url in the original request:
https://smilinglight.com.au/workshops/personalised-online-meditation/
please click on the booking red button to see the calendar.
Rodrigo,
Thank you.
I forwarded your case to our Level 2 Support for further investigation.
We will get back to you at the earliest possible time.
Best Regards.
Hello Rodrigo.
Your theme is overwriting our CSS with the "font-family" property:
The only way to make it work without changing the theme would be to apply this custom CSS to all pages where Amelia is being loaded:
Custom code needs to be applied to the page where the booking form is. Depending on what you're using (Gutenberg blocks, or some page builder), adding the CSS or JS can be done in a few different ways.
If you need help with adding custom CSS to the page, please take a look at this article.
If you need help with adding custom JS to the page, please take a look at this article.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković
