    Hi,

    When I am using custom fields in my booking form, such as birthday, address, and something else. can I receive the details of custom fields also to employee booking mail? I mean if I am an employee, I want to receive that custom field details(birthday, address) also in the booking email that I am receiving.

    Yes, you can receive custom field content in the employee notification for Appointment Approved. Go to Amelia > Notifications, and then to To Employee.

    Here you can insert a custom field placeholder from the buttons below the template:
