Thank you for your understanding, and we wish you a wonderful holiday weekend!
There are two services that are not showing up on the site. I have the "show service on site" toggle activated, and on the "Book A Session" page, I entered in the catalog code and the number of the ID of the service, but nothing. All of my other services are showing up but these two. I have tried everything. I have cleared my cache, tried it in a different browser, tried duplicating a service that is showing up and changing the info, tried duplicating the page. Nothing is working. Any ideas?
Hi Alyssa,
thank you for reaching out to us
Please check these points:
1. Are these services visible on the site?
2. If they are, is the employee assigned to these services?
3. If he is, check his working hours. Working hours where services are defined in the intervals will only show the services defined in there. Make sure these two services are also included.
4. Did you assign the employee to another location? If you did, please go to Amelia/Locations, and make sure that the location is visible.
That worked. I didn't realize I needed to assign each new service to an employee manually. Is there a setting where we can just automatically assign each new service to a certain employee?
Hi Alyssa,
thank you for the kind reply
You would need to manually assign an employee or more of them during service creation, I'm afraid.
