My team is experiencing extremely long load times, we often have to wait 5 minutes for the page to load.
I am wondering if it is possible to offload some of my historic data to a cloud drive to decrease the load time my team is experiencing when searching through appointments.
If we require fewer custom fields will that also help decrease the load time?
If you have a lot of data, in Amelia, or have your Amelia connected to a lot of external data (for example Google Calendar busy slots), it can happen that it loads slower.
If your employees cannot be deleted it most likely means that they have an active appointment somewhere in the system.
Could I take a look?
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Unfortunately, screen sharing, phone calls, etc. are not included in the support we provide.
The loading times depend on quite a lot of factors, from the number of appointments that you have, over the number of employees, customers, services, events, categories, etc, to your hosting plan and server performance.
There's little we can do to increase the loading speed, as it's not something we can replicate locally, on our dev and staging servers, and so on. There are a few customers that report this, but in the end, it almost always comes down to a cheap hosting plan and limited server resources.
Our developers will work on the back-end and front-end optimization in the near future, but I don't have an ETA on that, nor can I guarantee that it will resolve your issues.

I am also unable to remove old employees.

Hi Aaron,
thank you for contacting back!
For now you can also provide me just with your site URL but for any deeper investigation, I'm afraid that we would need site access.

Can we hope on some sort of screen share so you can see the backend through my account?
Best,
