You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

I created an events calendar in my website. My problem is that, when users go into the description of an event, and then, they go to a different one, the selected imagen (the big one) still shows the last they saw in the previous event. Do you have a solution for this issue? Thanks in advance.

I tested the booking page on your site and I didn't find any Errors.
Could you please disable the "Use already loaded VUE" option on the Amelia -> Customize page, clear the site cache and exclude pages with Amelia from caching plugin settings? Since this issue seems to be related to caching.
If that doesn't help, please provide us with a temporary WP Admin login. You can post credentials under this ticket, just please don't forget to use private mode.
