We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

Can people purchase packages within their appointment portal, to select dates and pay for those dates selected

  • Matthew Bambrick replied

My customers keep getting this error (see photo attached) when they try to buy another package or set of services

    Hi, Matthew,

    Sorry for the delayed response.

    1. I'm afraid, at the moment it's not possible to purchase packages from the Customer panel, only to book remaining Appointments from the purchased Packages.

Packages can be purchased only on the booking form.

    2. This issue is related to some security settings on the site, most probably. Could you please clarify when Customers get this error? After they try to log in for the first time? Or maybe when they try to book Appointments being logged in as a WP user or as Amelia Customer?

Looking forward to hearing from you.

My website admin i think has fixed the error although he would like to talk to someone about some of the API and documentation. This was happening to returning customers trying to purchase another package

    Matthew,

Can your Admin send us the questions, so I will forward them to our developers?

    Best Regards.
