i want to set up the option to receive partial and full deposits with credit card payments, not only paypal. can you help me?
Hi Ricardo,
thank you for reaching out to us
You can currently use PayPal, Stripe, WooCommerce, and Mollie payment methods (WooCommerce has the widest offer of different methods).
Deposit is set manually by yourself, you can check out the tutorial here.
Hi Ricardo,
thank you for contacting back.
The setup which you have selected in the image you have sent (customization screen) is set for deposit payment. Could you please advise in a bit more details which part is not being customized?
For the PayPal, can you please tell me did you turn of Sandbox mode?
Can you please check again your Live Client ID and Live Secret on your PayPal account? You have Sandbox and Live credentials(attachment 2)
With PayPal there is only two ways where customers can made mistakes. First one is to use Live credentials when Sandbox mode is enabled, and second one it to copy wrong PayPal credentials(“Client ID” and “Secret”)
Best regards.
Hi Ricardo,
have you turned on the deposit option for each service, in Amelia > Services > under the pricing of the service?
If you have, please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
