I tried adding a total field at the bottom of my table and it works ok, but can I change the 'sum symbol' to either the words 'Total' or 'Grand Total'?
Basically, can I change the label for the total field?

In wpDataTables settings, you can change the SUM symbol by applying the desired symbol in "Sum functions label" field in wpDataTables main settings
