hi
How to sync Wordpress uses to Amelia customers, so we add a booking manually or employee add an appointment pulls the customer from existing WP users if not exist then added as new then the emailID is the identifier…
Also if the user exist and wants to login to book an appointment should be able to do with one single credentials which the WP… right?
Is that scenarios are available and how?
Thank you for reaching out to us.
New Customers will be created in Amelia automatically, after their first booking. Also, you can add them manually on the back-end Customers page.
However, if you want to connect Amelia Customers to existing WP Users, you should assign the Amelia Customer role to these WP Users on the Users page, and then connect them to Amelia Customer profiles:
You also choose this option if you want to automatically create a new WordPress user when a new customer profile is created
or when creating a customer manually select Create new from the WordPress user dropdown menu
A user can book an appointment with both WP logins and Customer Panel logins.
Those the available scenarios we currently have.
