Only wpDT tables have the function of front end editing so only if there is a wpDT table you want to edit you can place it on the same page.

What you are looking for might be done with some custom work, but our developers are very busy at the moment, working on some priority tasks and fixing bugs and issues with our plugins, so they won't be having the time for custom work in near future.

Unfortunately this is a limitation of the plugin. You can suggest it as a feature on this page and our developers will consider it for a future update. I will forward this to our Level 2 to see if there is a workaround we can provide. We will get back to you with more information.

Unfortunately, the Master-Detail add-on is only used to display the data, and there's no way you can edit it through the add-on.

Also, at the moment, there's no way you can share a link to the Master-Detail page, and access the detail directly, using the link. It is only accessible by clicking on the button, or a row in the table. Our developers had a yearly planning session last week, and this was discussed.

They will work on a single-cell shortcode, and they will see how it can be used in combination with Master-Detail, so you could at least get a URL of the Master-Detail page without having to click through the table, but I can't say when that will become available. It's planned, but for when I cannot say.
