    i´ve been reading your docs at section "ROLES SETTINGS" and i found this paragraph "

    • Automatically create Amelia Customer user  – Currently, when a new customer makes a booking he gets his profile on the Customers page, but he doesn’t get the Amelia Customer user role. That user role needs to be added manually for each customer. If you enable this option every time a new customer makes an appointment they will automatically get the Amelia Customer user role and email with login details "

    what i understood is when a customer make its booking, automatically a user in amelia is created (that, is already happening on my page) and then will receive an email with login details (i supposed he will receive a wordpress user). but when i go to Amelia->Customers this customer doesn´t have a wordpress user and that mail is not being sended.

    Did i understood correctly? or Must i create the wordpress user manually and then asign that user to the customer?

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    Yes that is correct, a WordPress account should be created and an email from WordPress with the login credentials will be sent aside from making a customer profile in Amelia. Can you please confirm the plugin is updated to the latest version (4.2) and provide us with temporary admin credentials so we can investigate this further.

    The plugin needs to be running on the latest version (4.2) so we can trouble shoot it properly.

    Please download the full version from the email you received when you purchased the plugin (some hostings treat it as Spam, so please check your Spam folder as well). Also, you received an email with credentials for our store https://store.tms-plugins.com/login where you can download the full version from.

    My suggestion is to update the plugin manually by following these steps:

    1.) Download zip from our store or from the email you received when you purchased the plugin

    2.) Use FTP to open /yourwordpressfolder/wp-content/plugins

    3.) Delete existing ameliabooking folder.

    4.) Upload the previously downloaded ameliabooking folder through FTP into "plugins" folder (unzip it)

    5.)  Go to WP-admin panel, open Plugins section.

    6.) Deactivate Amelia Plugin, and then activate it again.

    7.) Clear server and browser cache

    If you are on hosting where you are not allowed to access your FTP, then follow these instructions:

    Please note that after you delete the plugin from your Plugins section, you WILL NOT lose your data.

    1.) Download zip from our store or from the email you received when you purchased the plugin

    2.) Delete Amelia plugin from WordPress' Plugins page

    3) Click on Add new in top left of your Plugins page

    4) Click on Upload plugin in top left of your Plugins page

    5.) Choose the previously downloaded ameliabooking.zip file

    6.) When uploading is done, please Activate Amelia plugin

    7.) Clear server and browser cache.

    Please note that our plugin is around 8 MB in size, so if you are not able to upload it through WordPress plugins page, you will need to increase the following:

    upload_max_file size, 

    post_max_size,

    max_execution_time

    You should be able to find these values in your php.ini file or on your hosting panel. If you can't find it yourself please ask your hosting provider to provide it.
