    Hello,

We have just purchased Amelia and using it with packages... but how do we give a user a package? I just want to give a customer a package free of charge, how do I do that?

How do we change a purchased package for a user. Lets say something goes wrong with the appointment and I want to return an appointment to their package? I can't see details about purchased packages anywhere - how many appoints the customer has left etc.

A customer calls me from his car and want me to book an appointment for him. I can book an appointment but I can't choose to use an appointment from his purchased package?

    Really important features missing here.

    Hi Daniel

    Thank you for your purchase.

Unfortunately this cannot be achieved using the plugin's builtin features.

I'll kindly ask you to add it as a feature suggestion on this page.

Features are pushed up on our "to-do" list when there are a lot of customers requesting those features, so having your vote as a customer can be beneficial to this feature being developed sooner.

It probably can be done with some custom work, but our developers are very busy at the moment, working on some priority tasks and fixing bugs and issues with our plugins, so they won't be having the time for custom work in near future.

But we can recommend these services for customization:

    https://codeable.io/?ref=l1TW1

    https://wpkraken.io/?tms-plugins

They do develop such solutions, so can you please send your inquiry to them?

I find it hard to see why I should request a mandatory function as an extra feature, when it should have been added to the plugin when the packages were added? Just that i can't see any information about what packages my customers has or how many appointments they have left is just not good enough I think - sorry.

Lets say I pay someone to fix it... next time you update the plugin and I run the update, I will lose the customizations... if I get it fixed, are you so willing to implement those codes in your plugin so that others can also benefit from the features? And I can update the plugin without losing anything?

    Hi Daniel

I am sorry to say we are missing a feature you consider mandatory but we are developing our features as our clients request them and we are always looking for new ways to improve the plugin. Adding your ideas on the feature request page and having other customers vote for it will decide what feature is developed next.

If you are willing to share the customization code I will forward it to our developers but I still cannot guarantee it will be added in the plugin's core for the next update as it needs to be thoroughly tested in all cases.

All appointments with a blue box icon are booked from the package the client bought so you can have an idea how many appointments he has left.

    Hi Daniel

We are sorry to hear that.

Please log into http://store.tms-plugins.com/ with the credentials you received in your e-mail when you purchased the plugin, then navigate to Purchases/Amelia, and if you're still within 15 days from purchase you will see the "Request Refund" button.

If you don't see it, and you're using a screen with width lower than 1600px, you will need to scroll through that screen horizontally to see the button.

After you submit a refund request, you will not receive any confirmation emails, but you will see that the button is grayed out:

That means that the refund request is successfully submitted, and that you will receive your refund in 5 - 7 business days.
