Is it possible to automatically assign newly booked services to employees in the system? For example, if I have 5 employees, I'd like the system to assign booking number 1 to the next employee in line who has availability.
It is possible only if it's a front-end booking. In order to achieve that, you should disable the Employee selection drop-down on the Customize page, and then Appointments will be assigned to the Employees automatically.
However, on the back-end, you will still have to assign the Employees manually.
