In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Hello, is there any way to create packages of full and half hours through code or the plugin itself, a customer asks us to create packages, for example a package of 10 hours and they can book dates with 1 hour and others only with half an hour.

I'm afraid that this is not possible at the moment, as Package Services duration depend on the preset duration of Service in the package. And one service can have only one duration. There is a "workaround":
You can duplicate that service, and set one to 1h and another to 30min duration and offer them both in one package; connect the same employee as well. So you will have one package with 2 services that will have a same name but one will offer 1h slots and another one 30min slots. Since they are connected to a same employee, some slots will be blocked if one that overlaps with another is booked, so you will also prevent overbooking
