We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

Amelia catalog not showing correct color

    Hello,

    One of the steps in my Amelia catalog is not showing the correct color. I'm not seeing which setting to change in Amelia > Customize to change this.

    I've attached a screenshot of the issue. The orange area should be blue. Can someone tell me where to go to update this?

    Thank you for the videosmile.png Was the form orange before? If yes that means something is blocking the new data from being saved, so I will have to ask you to reset the form again and clear your website and browser cache.

    Set it up again, clear your website and browser cache again and let me know if it loads the changes then.

    If not please provide us with a temporary admin credentials for the website so we can log in and investigate this further.
