We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hello,
I have an online ESL Academy and i need to be booking packages of 10 classes for example for my customers.
Right now i see that the customer has to be booking each class in advance but as an admin, i want to be able to create:
10 classes of 60 mins with (the teacher that i choose)
Mondays Wednesdays and Fridays from 10:00 am - 11:00 am
Can i do that as an admin?
Hi Raul,
thank you for reaching out to us
I'm afraid that at the moment, only a customer can purchase the package; you can create a package from existing available times only (every service in a package will adapt to it's employee's schedule) if that was your second concern; so if you set up that exact availability for an employee (it can even be another employee and not your regular one if this clashes with their schedule) that is what package will show (I also suggest duplicating the service so that you can have the same service for a package but also for single appointments if they are scheduled differently).
