Dear sir/madam,
Say I have a block of 4 hours (13:00 - 17:00) in which people can plan appointments online on a given day, I would like to know whether it is possible to prevent holes from developing when not enough appointments are planned so that this whole block got filled.
For example, when one 30min appointment is planned at 13:00, and another appointment is planned at 16:30, there is a gap of 3 hours. And this I would like to prevent by giving people only the option of planning a second, third, etc. appoint around the first one.
This might be difficult, but would be awesome to solve.
I hope you can help me with this issue.
Regards,
Dr. Fouché
Hi Dr. Fouché,
thank you for reaching out to us!
I'm afraid that if all slots in 13 - 17 period are available, client would be able to pick one that is not right after a booked one. Amelia does not have a way to limit availability in such way at the moment.
I'll kindly ask you to add it as a feature suggestion on this page. Features are pushed up on our "to-do" list when there are a lot of customers requesting those features, so having your vote as a customer can be beneficial to this feature being developed sooner.
