We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

    hello,

I bought amelia and so my clients can order my service online on my website.

I have a huge problem cause I Manage Google Calendar Integration but there is a problem with the hours.

for example : if a client take an appointment at 9 am, she will receive a mail with a confirmation at 11 am and in my google calendar it will appear at 11 am too.

always 2 hours more than the real appointment.

I check the "fuseau horaire" on my google "parametres" and it's good.

could you please help me ?

    thank you.

    Dear Charlote,

I am not from the support team but I had the same issue. You should check with the wordpress settings to adjust time zone and maybe check with google as well. But setting the correct time on wordpress fixed it for me.

    Hope that helps

    Hi everyone!

I'm glad to see that the issue was resolved.

Thank you Athanasios, that's very kind of yousmile.png

Probably our developers should add a note somewhere in the settings that the time zone should be set to the city and not to the UTC format since it's a common issue. I will forward this information to the dev team.

    Best Regards.
