That is very strange, we have not encountered this issue before. Can you please give us some more details about the version of Amelia you are currently running, the time and date of the appointment, customer and employee, and some screenshots of the service's general and payment setup, and your payment setup generally? Is there a chance this appointment has been created manually from the backend?
