In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Hey, I have a question:
My employees work from 2-8 pm every day. However, sometimes, they are free on other time ranges. Is there a way to say "From 2-8 if the slot is free, confirm the booking. However, if the user is requesting another timeframe, send an email to the employee for him to confirm the availability"?

Thank you for reaching out to us.
It cannot be achieved with the current built-in features in Amelia, I'm afraid.
However, you can use a workaround, for example, you can add a Custom field to the booking form saying something like "If you prefer to book another time slot, please mention when it's more suitable for you and our Employee will reach out to you as soon as possible". And then it will be a text Custom field where the Customer will be able to enter suitable dates or/and time slots.
