I purchase a 1 year basic membership but recently purchase on appSumo for the lifetime deal .
I have already have existing content and data in the wpdatatables in my wordpress. Now that i need to change the license code to the recent purchase on appsumo, how do i proceed to change the license code such that my existing content will remain and not be affected by the license change?

If I understand correctly you just want to upgrade your existing licence with the codes purchased on AppSumo?
You must enter that code at https://wpdatatables.com/appsumo/ and activate the license. The email you use is your store login, when you enter this email you will get the password for the store sent to this email. If you are an existing customer you email will be recognized. You need to enter every new code you purchase in the same way and that is how the licence increases (eg 4 codes - developer license). All your previous data will remain intact.

I know the process of changing the license code, that is not my question of submitting this support request. Firstly, I need to deactivate the old license code in the plugin in my Wordpress. Will the deactivation delete all of my existing charts and data in the Wordpress blog ?

Sorry for the misunderstanding.
We recently added a possibility for you to manage your domains in our store. So, please access the store and you will see the Manage domains button, so you can delete the old domain there and then you will be able to activate your purchase code on your new domain when you go to wpDataTables -> Settings -> Activation tab
The data will not be deleted if you have this option enabled from the Main settings tab
