We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

    Hello

I'm doing a lot of inspections in https://sports.wpamelia.com/ and I noticed that there's something weird with the way WpAmelia is storing the messages from the notifications. Check the following video:

https://www.dropbox.com/s/mu8pdtr2e6awmp7/210926%20-%20wpamelia.mkv?dl=0 (will expire in 14 days from Sep 27th)

It feels like the plugin is not being able to correctly recall notifications (or even store them), but it definitely led me to confusion

    1. Is this a bug or is this expected?

    2. Is this planned to be solved?

    3. Where can I see all messages that I've saved?

    Looking forward to this answer

    Hi, Leonardo,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

This issue usually occurs when there's Grammarly or any other language tool installed on the site or browser. So, if you have some similar add-on, please disable it. It should resolve the issue.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

    Problem solved.

While talking to Grammarly, they mentioned about this:

    data-gramm="false"

Apparently, when adding this to the code somehow, it prevents Grammarly from loading. The problem I have now is that I use Grammarly for posts, but would have deactivate it for Amelia when I buy it

But awesome, at least there's a solution!

    Leonardo,

The conflict with Grammarly occurred after one of the recent updates, therefore our developers didn't fix it yet. But they will add a fix to one of the coming updates.

Sorry for this inconvenience and I hope our developers will find a solution as soon as possible.

    Best Regards.
