We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

    My events screen is again blank so I can not edit or add new events - please help

    Sorry to hear that you faced this issue.

    1. Could you please try to clear the site and the browser cache?

    2. If that doesn't help, please try to disable the "Use already loaded Vue" option on the Customize page.

    3. If that doesn't work as well, the issue can be related to a conflict with another plugin. In order to sort it out, you should deactivate all other plugins and see if the issue was resolved. If so, then you should start activating the plugins one by one until you find the problematic one.

    If none of these solutions resolves the issue, please provide us with temporary WP Admin access, so we will look into the issue from the inside. You can post the credentials as a private reply to this ticket.

    We don't interfere with any data except for the plugin and, of course, we don't provide login details to a third party.
