Hi, why the customer is not receiving an email after successfully booking an appointment. Where I'm doing mistakes?
Hi, Prabuddh,
Sorry for the delayed response.
Could you please clarify what is the mail Service that you use - PHP, SMTP or WP mail?
Also, is it possible to send a test email from the Notifications page?
Looking forward to hearing from you.
Hi, previously the mail service is set default on PHP where costomer are not getting mails. Then I changed and set on SMTP but after still facing the same problem.
And I'm using WP Mail SMTP plugin for woo commerce, and its work fine from my side.
There is no such option in Amelia to send test email in notification page.
Hi Prabuddh,
thank you for the kind reply
The test email for a notification can be found here:
If you don't find it, please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
