Shortcode issues in Elementor Pro

    Hi There,

I'm having a lot of issues with Elementor Pro and Short-codes.

There are two main issues I'm noticing:

    1. Sometimes when I add the short-code, nothing shows up after publishing, even after emptying cache etc.
    See photos attached.

    2. For some pages, i need a specific service to load for booking, at the moment its asking for people to select the service. See photos attached.

I will be setting up more pages like the above over the next couple days where I will need to have a specific service preselected.

email me at [email protected] if you would like WP-admin login. Will need this fixed soon as we have a launch of new services in a couple days, was working fine last week before we added new services.

    Cheers Blaise

Adding to this, I also have a page with multiple button-activated booking interfaces.

Works fine on Computer, does not work on mobile. Can someone explain this? Why?

    Hi, Blaise,

    Sorry for the delayed response.

I see plenty of cached elements on the pages you had provided the links to. That's why I assume that might be related to caching.

    Please follow the steps below:

    - First, try to disable the "Use already loaded Vue" option in Amelia -> Customize.

    - Then, please exclude pages with Amelia from a caching plugin settings

    - Clear the site and the browser cache and see if the booking form loads properly

    Hope that will help.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

    All fixed now.

Fix was to remove the pages from Delayed JavaScript execution.
