We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

Hello, I use the google translator, sorry if there is a wrong translation.
The issue is notifications, Gmail email clients get the notifications perfectly but those who have Apple Mail emails do not get the notifications.
I had to do something for these types of emails?
Regards, and thank you very much

    Hi Antonio!

    Thank you for reaching outsmile.png

I understand, don't worry I believe that translation is good. Does Apple email have a setting that is called Allow Less Secure Apps?

  • Antonio gutierrez larios replied

    It is a question?
The truth is that I do not know, that has been communicated to me by the client who does not receive the emails when they request an appointment and he just has the Apple mail.
I do not know if Amelia will open something to adjust for those types of mail that are not Gmial
Thank you very much for answering

    Hi Antonio

Amelia notifications work together; if one type of notifications isn't working none of them will; having partial notifications is very strange. Please check the spam folder as well if there are some notifications missing.

The only logical explanation for a notification to be missing "from time to time" is that it either got stuck in the Junk/Spam folder or that it is blocked by your service provider.

We had a client who's WP Mail was only sending partial notifications (some were being dropped), and when they switched to SMTP all the notifications stopped working. To solve this they ended up using Mailgun and everything was working as intended.

You would need to check this with your hosting provider.
