We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

    We are building a site for a wellness and massage business and I have some trouble setting up the specific time slots for the services -as per the owners wishes.

    -There is just one owner/employee

    -2 arrangements (still set up as a services and not as a package):
        -One arrangement is all day from 9:00-17:00 (8h)
        -Second arrangement is just a part of the day 9:00-12:00, 13:30 - 17:30,            18:00-  22:00

    -Massages can be booked all day from 10:00-22:00 (1h, 1.5h, 2h) - but the time-slots need to be not available when someone books an arrangement

    How to tackle this problem? Cause I am kind of lost ;)

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    So, you can create multiple Services: one for the whole day and other ones for time slots. Thus, once one of the Services is booked, the other one will not be available:

      - One arrangement is all day from 9:00-17:00 (8h) - Service A, duration 8h, no Buffer time
      - Second arrangement is just a part of the day 9:00-12:00, 13:30 - 17:30, 18:00-  22:00 - Service B (duration 1h), Service C (duration 2h), etc. If needed, you can add Buffer time before or after these Services.

    Also, you should set the Employees working hours in the Employees profile this way:

    9:00-17:30 - Service A, B, C, etc.

    18.00 - 22.00 - Service B, C, etc.

    Thus, Service A will be available for booking only at 9:00-17:00.

    Please try these settings and let us know if they helped to achieve what you are looking for.
