We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

    Hello,  I have a question related to the subject of SMS messages. What is your mechanism and how are they sent? Does Amelia send it himself, for example, after the customer makes the payment??  

    Other question is 

    does sending SMS messages have an additional cost when sending them, or is it free?  

    thired question is the back-end available in Arabic too?

    Hi, Jawaher,

    Thank you for your inquiry.

    1. Yes, we have SMS service integrated into our plugin, so once there's a booking, Amelia triggers an SMS notification, and it's being sent by our SMS provider.

    There are different prices for different countries, so if you want, we can check the price for an SMS unit for the country you are operating in.

    2. Yes, if you set your WP language to Arabic, Amelia will get adjusted to it automatically since it was translated into Arabic. Also, if you are not satisfied with the translation, you can easily modify it with POEDIT or Loco Translate. We can provide you with a guide on how to do it.

    Yes please I want to know the price, if i am from Saudi Arabia? … and I have another question. I activate the Exhibz theme on my site and i want to know is it compatible with Amelia plugin?
