While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

I am attempting to set up Amelia to handle scheduling of various types of coaching appointments. My site utilizes the Divi theme.
The booking calendar is not loading and displays the hour glass constantly.
I have set up categories and services. Employees are set up with working hours and are assigned to the services. There is 1 employee and 1 location.
I cannot get the calendar to display for any configuration of options. I have tried selecting each category and providing specific values. I've attempted to suppress the option selection and enter a manual string, per your support guidelines.
There's probably some setting that is missing. I'd greatly appreciate your help with resolving this.
