We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

    Hi there. I have an issue using the plugin. So I set up an 8 hour service and an employee with working hours of 7:00-16:00 with a break time of 11:00-12:00.

    The issue is the customers can't book to that employee. Did I miss a setting? Can you teach me how to make it work?

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    The issue here is that the service's duration cannot fit the employee's work hours. The break cannot be during the service. You can make a note using the Custom fields that the service duration is broken into two parts but in the settings the duration needs to fit a time slot.

    You can change these labels using POEDIT or Loco Translate easily. I suggest installing Loco Translate, since it's within WordPress and it has a simple UI.
