    Hey guys,

Just want to know if it's possible to do an if/or statement for notifications? We want to allow customers to join a meeting either by Phone or Google Meet, but both options will show if we aren't able to choose their option.

    Thanks in advance.

    Hi, Steven,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

I'm afraid, at the moment it's not possible with current built-in features in Amelia.

You can disable the "Send Event Invitation Email" option in Amelia -> Settings -> Integrations -> Google Calendar and remove the Google meet placeholder from notifications, so you will be able to send Google meet invites manually from your Calendar. And if you add a Custom field with a question about what option a Customer prefers, phone meeting or Google meet, you will be able to contact the Customer accordingly. However, it might be quite time-consuming.

Also, you can suggest that as a feature request here, or check if this request was already submitted and vote for it.

    Best Regards.
