When I add an appointment on the back end for a single time slot, the rest of the available times that day are no longer available, including on the front end where other customers can sign up.
Duration is set at 1h and 30 min and the employee work hours are set from 11 am - 5 pm. Shouldn't it then only take up a 1hr and 30 min space? All the time slots show up but once once that day is selected the rest disappear.
Can you please record your screen and show us the behavior?
From the front-end, I can see that "Escape the Museum Day Rate (11 - 4)" service is currently offered in 3 time slots:
If I was to book the first one, the other two would still remain available. This works the same in the back-end, so I'm not sure what happens on your end without taking a look.
Along with the screen recording, please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Thank you for your feedback. I was able to find the solution in another forum. I had included a buffer time that was makeing the time slots not fit correctly with the employee's hours. Or something to that degree. Once I deleted the buffer time I was able to book all the time slots that day.

Hi Stephanie,
thank you for reaching out to us
Please make sure that your employee work hours, service duration, do align properly to allow multiple slots to be available.
If your employee has an 8h service duration any slot chosen can block others.
