Thank you for choosing Amelia.
I'm afraid, there's no such a built-in feature in Amelia at the moment.
Probably, you can add it to the Appointment note and then sent it out through the %appointment_notes% placeholder in the Follow-up email notification. This is the only workaround that I can find.
Also, you can suggest that as a feature request here, or check if this request was already submitted and vote for it.
