It has a capacity of 1, so I booked it myself so no-one else can, but it is still showing as bookable. The coupon I created so I wouldn't have to pay for it is no longer valid.
This is really frustrating, can anyone please help?
Sound like most likely your server has SQL_BIG_SELECTS enabled, which is disabled in Amelia by default.
This can be changed in the database by changing the value of BIG_SELECTS to "true" in the database.
You can go to the database > wp_options (instead of wp there could be a prefix of your database instead) > amelia_settings > edit > change big selects value in the table to false.
Please provide me with temporary WP admin login if you are unable to locate and edit this yourself.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
I created an event, it is showing in the front end, but not the back end. I need to edit it, but can't.
I've expanded the date range in the back end to show 2 weeks either side of the date, and it isn't showing.
It's the bottom one in the list that you can see on https://www.shiatsuwithgeorgina.co.uk/bookings/
